Bedlam Control

Touchless shop floor OS for machining environments.

Manufacturing execution, quality management, inventory, shipping, and light accounting in one system. All operational data stays on hardware the shop owns.

Architecture v1.0 complete · in active development · pilot deployments opening for machine shops

How it's built

Nothing leaves the building

The core makes no outbound network connections, not because it's switched off but because it was built without the capability. No update checks, no analytics, no cloud sync. A multi-terminal floor runs over the shop's own wired LAN, which never routes to the internet.

There's no back door on the shop floor

Every screen your team touches runs through the same permission and audit check, every time. No shortcut, no admin override that skips the log.

Every action has a name attached

Every change records who, what, when, and which terminal, in a log that's tamper-evident by design. When an assessor asks for evidence, you have it.

We don't say "compliant." We mean it.

We say a system is architected against NIST 800-171 controls, not that it "carries" compliance. Compliance is a property of your assessed environment, and we won't blur that line to make a sale.

Deployment tiers

One codebase, three commercial editions.

Mom & Pop Shops

Bedlam Crucible

Core manufacturing execution, inventory, shipping, and light accounting on the same encryption and audit engine as every tier. The discipline of a regulated system at a price and setup a five-person shop can handle.

Regulated supply chain

Bedlam Aegis

Everything in Bedlam Crucible, plus revision control, lot and serial traceability, MRB workflow, calibration enforcement, vendor gating, carrier mandates, and a strict no-network build with monthly audit verification.

Planned for v2

Bedlam Triage

Bedlam Aegis's discipline re-targeted at ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11, including electronic signatures and device history records. Not offered until the Bedlam Aegis tier is proven in the field.

We're talking to machine shop owners right now.

If you run a machine shop and want to talk through what your primes are asking for, or you need CMMC and NIST 800-171 readiness consulting before any software is involved, we'd like to hear from you.
