Bedlam Bazaar

Your shop's system lives on your counter, not in the cloud.

When the internet goes down, you keep selling. When it comes back, everything syncs.

The approach

Status

Bazaar is an early-stage plan, sequenced after Bedlam Control is established in machining. It shares Control's engineering core but not its network posture, and it is not being built or sold yet.

Resilience, not compliance

Cloud POS and operations tools stop working when the internet does. A local-first shop keeps ringing sales, booking appointments, and tracking stock through the outage, then reconciles when the line returns.

Your data lives with you

The local system is the source of truth. Shopify, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Bookings are channels you choose to sync to, never the master record.

Run a small retail or service business?

We're interviewing retail and service owners to learn which integrations and workflows actually matter before a line of Bazaar code is written. If outages, monthly software costs, or juggling apps are a pain point, we'd like to talk.
