Bedlam Inc · Manufacturing Software

Software that never phones home.

Bedlam builds local-only ERP for shops that can't put their data in someone else's cloud. No network capability in the core, architected against NIST 800-171 controls.

The rules behind the promise

Six things you can verify yourself.

P1
It never leaves your building.
Your operational data stays on your own hardware. There is no cloud copy, because there is no cloud.
P2
Your network doesn't touch the internet.
Terminals talk to your floor server over your own wiring. Not disabled. Not configured off. Built without the capability.
P3
There's no back door on the shop floor.
Every screen your team touches runs through the same permission and audit check, every time. No shortcut, no admin override that skips the log. What the system records is what actually happened.
P4
Every action has a name attached.
Who did it, what they did, and when, written to a log that's tamper-evident by design. When an assessor asks for evidence, you have it.
P5
We don't say "compliant." We mean it.
We say architected against NIST 800-171 controls, never compliant, because compliance belongs to your assessed environment, not our sales page. Plenty of software in this space blurs that line. We won't.
P6
Same honesty, pointed at ourselves.
We protect our own source code with real engineering: compiled binaries, license enforcement, integrity checks. We'll never call it theft-proof, because nothing is.

Who's behind this

Two founders. Aerospace and retail backgrounds.

One of us runs quality assurance in aerospace manufacturing and has sat through the audits you're preparing for. The other comes from retail and facility operations with a data-analysis background. We build one codebase, own one market each, and write software the way regulated shops actually run.

Compliance-readiness consulting

CMMC Phase 2 begins November 2026 and assessor capacity is limited. We prepare security narratives, network diagrams, SOPs, and audit packages on real QA credentials. Readiness typically takes 6 to 12 months, so it's worth starting early.
